What are Wallmonkeys decals made of?

Our premium, semi-gloss vinyl material is a plastic based adhesive that cuts intricate details with precision. Vinyl will stick to nearly any smooth surface including walls, glass, floors, windows and more!

• Semi-gloss

• Self-adhesive backing

How big is each Wallmonkeys Graphic?

Wallmonkey graphics can be any shape or size that you need them to be - that's why we're custom printers! Our standard sizes start at 12" and go all the way up to 6' tall. We can print even larger but your decal may come in multiple pieces.

Custom artwork must not exceed a width of 48". If you need anything larger, just contact us with the details, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for the custom size.

Can Wallmonkeys print full wall murals?

We sure can! Full wall mural installations will come in 48"w panels with the height matching your wall height. Your decal will come with a 1" overlap between panels for a seamless installation. Check out our custom large murals here.

How large of an image do I need for my Custom Wallmonkey?

This is an important question. We recommend you take your pictures with a 10 mega pixel camera or higher. Our printing capabilities are awesome, but the better the image you provide to us, the better image we will return to you! For best results, always set your camera to the highest possible resolution, and take a close, clear photo. The original, unedited 300 DPI is always best. If you have any issue uploading your image file please let us know.

Does Wallmonkeys Print On-Demand for Businesses?

We sure do! We have automated our production to produce the quickest turn around possible for print on demand businesses. Printing and shipping efficiently is what we do best. Let us take the busy work out of fulfilling orders. You can focus on product selection, we will fulfill the order.

Do I qualify for Print-On-Demand?

Contact us with your store website and the average number of orders per week. We will request additional information after the initial contact and review. Etsy stores are welcome to apply.

All shipping and fulfilling agreements will be clearly provided for selected applicants.

Minimum Requirements

All stores must meet these requirements to be reviewed for selection. 

• Ten or more consistent orders per week
• Store/Page rating of three stars or higher
• Local to the United States

What file formats do you accept?

We are currently accepting .JPEG, .TIFF, .EPS, SVG, .AI and .PDF formats. 

If you have an alternate file type, or you are not sure if your file will work, please contact us for more info.

Ordering

Can I see a proof of my order before it prints?

A digital proof before production is always available. Please request a proof in the notes section at checkout.

Proofs are sent the following business day after the order is placed. During the holiday season, there may be a 1-2 day processing time before proofs are available. You are welcome to make changes to the order up until it goes to production. Unfortunately, we won't be able to send your order to print until you're satisfied.

Production time does not begin until your proof is confirmed. Once confirmed, your order will be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

How do I customize my artwork / decal?

Wallmonkeys can do the following simple design adjustments for no additional charge. You may request these adjustments by submitting a note with your order.

• Print a mirror image
• Customize decal size
• One or two color adjustments to vector images
• Removing background or isolating items in a set

The below adjustments may require a design fee at $35. 

You may purchase each item as an add-on with your order. Please include detailed design notes with your order. 

• Vector or logo enhancement - view add on.
• Custom sizes of multiple items in a set or multiple items within different sets - view add on.

Do you accept purchase orders or checks?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders from schools, businesses and non-profit organizations. Place your order online and select money order at checkout. The order will begin processing as soon as the purchase order is received.

Please include a valid email address and phone number with all orders. A digital proof before production is always available at request.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to the order may be made at the time of proofing before the order is sent to production. We are happy to adjust quantities, cancel or exchange any items on your order until you are satisfied.

Can you merge multiple orders and ship them together?

This depends on where your order is in the production process. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to combine your order. 

For orders that are already in production: It's not possible to combine multiple orders and ship them together once they have been approved.

For orders that are still being proofed: Yes, we can merge or adjust orders that are still in the proofing process. This may require additional proofing but would ensure your orders ship together.

How do I request a quote for a custom decal creation?

You may request a quote by Contacting Us with your order details. Please be as specific as possible with your inquiry. Include the following:

• Size request (If you are unsure, please send us your width and height constraints).
• Artwork or decal text, font and colors.
• Examples (Any reference images to help guide the designer.
• Explanation of design service request.

Please be as detailed as possible.

How do I know what type of decal I want?

First you'll want to ask yourself how you will be using the decal. What type of wall will you install on? Do you want a background?

Transfer Tape - 24 - 72" sizes. Ideal for colored or glass walls. Also intended for designs that have many individually cut-out elements. This applies to vinyl lettering or intricate artwork. Transfer tape decals are die-cut to the design and the background is removed completely.       

Kiss-Cut - Sizes 12" - 72". Kiss-cut decals are contour cut around your design as close to the image as possible. A ¼” white border may be required for some images. These decals come with a rectangle backing paper for safe transportation.

Die-Cut - 1" - 8" sizes. Die-cut decals are contour cut around your design with approximately a ¼” white border. These decals come individually cut with the backing paper also cut to the shape of your design. These will make great  custom promotional branding material for events!     

Poster - Cut - 12" - 72" sizes. Square or rectangular cut decals. These decals come with the backing paper uncut and a ¼” bleed border.

Large Murals - Murals come in multiple panels that seamlessly align. Murals include sizes larger than 72" x 48". Sticker Sets - 12 - 72" sizes. These decals come with multiple decals per sheet. The sizes will be determined by the sheet size ordered. These decals can be placed individually and arranged to your liking.

Step and Repeat - 48" x 72" sizes - These decals are rectangular in shape and include design set-up. We will take your logo and tile it in a repeating manner.
