When will my order arrive?

- Every order is printed on-demand, and we have a turnaround time of less than 3 business days to produce your order. Custom orders and personalizations that require proofing may be delayed if additional changes are made. Production time does not begin until the proof is approved.


What shipping options and carriers are available?

- All orders ship via your choice of Standard USPS Shipping or one of Several Available FedEx Options. FedEx options include Express and Home Delivery. FedEx is recommended for guaranteed delivery dates.


How do I expedite my order?

- Expedited shipping is not the same as a rush order. All orders are processed with a 1-3 business day turnaround time unless a rush order is requested. You may expedite your shipping by selecting FedEx 2-day or Overnight for guaranteed delivery dates.


Has my order shipped yet?

- You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.


How can I track my order?

- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You may track your order by entering the tracking number into Google and selecting the carrier.


What do I do if I never received my tracking confirmation email?

Please get in touch with us. If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please get in touch with us. If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please get in touch with us, and we will send you another tracking confirmation email.


My tracking shows the package was delivered, but I never received it.

If you are unable to locate your package, please email us with your order details, and we will help you find it.


What if my decals are delivered late?

Please get in touch with us- You're entitled to a store credit if we deliver your order beyond the promised date. Please contact us so we can assist you in obtaining your store credit.


How do I estimate my shipping time?

- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of production. If you need your order sooner, please specify your deadline when placing the order. See our policies for rush orders here.


How are the decals packaged?

- Wallmonkeys wall decals are rolled up and shipped in brown tubes or boxes. Tubes are secured with industrial staples or tape for safe transit.


Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

- Majority of packages are shipped in 1 tube. Orders of 10 or more may be shipped in more than one tube.


Does Wallmonkeys ship Internationally?

- No, we do not ship internationally. We currently ship only within the United States.


Can you rush my order?

- Rush production is available on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details if you need delivery guaranteed by a specific day.
