Do you offer same day shipping?

We do not offer same day shipping, however, most orders ship within two business days. Delivery date will depend on method of shipping chosen at checkout.

What is expedited processing?

Expedited processing moves your order to the front of our production line! Your order will be processed and shipped before other orders in queue. Pair with an expedited shipping option to receive your order as fast as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.

Do you provide proofs?

Proof requests should be made in the comments box above the order button on the final checkout page. We will not begin your order until we receive your approval. This may delay production time.

I made a mistake on my order, can this be corrected?

You may cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been customized, we can no longer accept a cancellation or modification. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact here and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I order different products with the same design or personalization?

Simply create your first item and add it to your cart. From the cart, select ‘Order another with this design’ that will take you back to your original product. Navigate to the new product you would like to order and select ‘yes’ when asked if you would like to use your last design. Add the new item to your cart!

How do I provide my signature for a signature stamp?

Write your signature on white unlined paper using a felt-tip pen (ball point or gel pens not recommended). Easily upload your signature online, and we will resize your signature to fit the stamp you order.

What is the difference in vector & bitmap/raster artwork?

Bitmap/Raster Files:

  • Raster files are made up of tiny squares, known as pixels, as illustrated in the diagram to the left (zoomed at 300%). The appropriate: pixels are filled in to represent a design's lines and arcs. When bitmap/raster images are enlarged too much, jaggies become visible.
  • The quality of a raster file is measured in DPI (dots per inch). In order for us to use a raster file, the resolution of the file must be at least 300 dpi at full scale. We cannot enlarge an existing raster file without losing some of its graphical quality.
  • The majority of images are raster files. Photos are always raster images. If your image file ends with any of the following extensions, then your image is a bitmap/raster image, and you will need to verify the resolution. .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .png, or .tiff.

Vector Files:

  • A vector file, on the other hand, is a file whereby lines and arcs are stored as vector coordinates. This means that vector files are made up of precisely defined entities, each with its own beginning and end, rather than lumpy groups of pixels as found in raster files.
  • Vector files can be enlarged and manipulated without loosing visual quality.
  • Raster files can be converted into vector files, but we do not provide this service.

What file types do you accepts?

We can accommodate a variety of file formats for uploaded artwork and prefer vector file formats we do prefer them when possible.

  • Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf)
  • CorelDRAW (*.cdr)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (*.eps)
  • PNG Image (*.png)
  • JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg)
  • Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd)
  • TIFF Image (*.tif)
  • Bitmap Image (*.bmp)
  • GIF Image (*.gif)

Please use vector artwork when possible. Convert all text (fonts) to outlines (paths). Raster and bit-mapped images should be no less than 300 dpi at print size. If you do not have access to a vector file you may want to consider having your image vectorized. There are businesses out there that can convert your raster file into a vector file at reasonable prices. When ordering large quantities, we suggest first ordering one or two as a sample.

Can I place bulk personalized orders rather than entering items one by one?

Yes! Simply choose your product specifications and then easily upload your names list from the ordering screen.

Can I cancel an existing order?

You may cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been customized, we can no longer accept a cancellation or modification. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact here and we will be happy to assist you.
