Vinyl is a premium semi-gloss material that is perfect for creating intricate and detailed decals. It is a plastic-based adhesive that is self-adhesive and will stick to nearly any smooth surface, including walls, glass, floors, windows, and more. Our vinyl material is white opaque, not translucent, and has a removable self-adhesive backing. It is safe for walls and will not damage them. You can even apply it to cars, mirrors, glass, doors, and other flat surfaces. The vinyl material is designed for indoor use and can withstand high-moisture environments such as bathrooms.

Transfer tape is an installation tool that allows you to install many different contour-cut decals at a time. It is easy to install and allows you to see where you are placing the decal before it is installed. Once the decal is installed on the wall, the transfer tape is removed to reveal the decal with no clear or white background.

When installing your Wallmonkeys decal, it is important to prepare the surface by cleaning it thoroughly with a dry cloth free of chemicals to remove any dust. For larger wall decals, we recommend two people for installation. Always remember to be gentle and avoid touching the adhesive side as much as possible.

If you have textured walls, the adhesive’s ability to stick largely depends on the type of texture and size of the decal. We recommend testing with a material sample first to ensure the best results. Wallmonkeys can be easily removed from any surface and will be residue-free. Most of our products are reusable if handled with care, and we recommend saving the original backing paper for best storage.

Vinyl lettering includes lettering, numbering, or shapes that are individually cut out from a pre-printed sheet of our semi-gloss vinyl adhesive. It is recommended for indoor use and can be placed on exterior surfaces for shorter-term use. Vinyl lettering decals are designed for one-time application and cannot be repositioned, but they will remove easily and leave your walls damage-free.
