Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a decal. Here's how you can do that:


Wallmonkeys accepts returns within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. The delivery confirmation data from our carrier determines the date you received your order. All returned items must meet at least one of these requirements:


  • Order was damaged or lost during shipping.
  • Item includes a spelling error made by Wallmonkeys and not by you.
  • Item had incorrect features (e.g., notes not applied to the order).

Please note that if the customer made a misspelling, or the incorrect options were chosen by the customer, this would disqualify your product from being returned. A restocking fee will be applied to returns received that do not meet the requirements.


  • For all return or replacement requests, please contact us and include your order number.
  • If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us with your order number. Your cancellation will be processed within 1 business day. However, custom orders are not eligible for a return.
  • If your order is late, and you have paid for express shipping, you may be eligible for a refund for the shipping. Just email us with your order details, and a shipping refund will be processed in 1-2 business days.
  • In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, simply send us a photo displaying the damage to begin your replacement.
  • If your order was incorrect, please contact us. We may ask for a photograph displaying the error or damaged decal. We typically do not require a physical return.


Custom orders are not eligible for a return, but if there was a quality error with your order, please contact us. We may ask for a photo of the issue.
