Shipping:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, with a maximum processing time of 6-15 business days for complex or large orders. Your order will ship from our production facilities in Jacksonville, FL, or Philadelphia, PA, Monday through Friday. We offer various shipping speeds, including Economy/Free Shipping (4-7 business days), Standard (3-5 business days), Express (2-3 business days), and Rush (1-2 business days), with delivery estimates based on your location and the selected shipping speed.
Privacy & Security:
We are committed to protecting your personal data and only collect information when you complete a contact form or are an existing customer. We use traffic log cookies for statistical analysis purposes and remove the data from the system.
Reorders:
Our reorder system allows you to easily order the same product design multiple times, with your design and production information stored for all future orders.
Pricing & Promotions:
We reserve the right to change pricing and fees at any time and run special promotions, discounts, and coupons targeting various demographic groups. Customers are limited to one coupon code per order.
Updating Account Information:
You can easily update your contact information, shipping addresses, and other preferences through your account dashboard.
Weather / Natural Disaster Delay:
- In the event of extreme or dangerous weather, we will update our customers. Mail carrier delays should be handled through UPS or USPS.
Large Orders & Proof Delays
For larger orders of 200 or more, it may take longer than 5 production days. Additionally, any delays in reviewing proofs will likely impact the initial promised delivery date, and we are not responsible for any delays this may cause. We urge customers to review and confirm proofs as soon as possible to minimize delays in the production and shipping processes.
